أعلنت شركة إعمار مصر عن تمديد موسم الصيف بمدينة مراسي في الساحل الشمالي حتى نهاية أكتوبر المقبل، وذلك للعام الثاني على التوالي، بعد النجاح الكبير الذي حققه التمديد في العام الماضي. ويأتي هذا القرار ضمن استراتيجية إعمار لدعم السياحة الداخلية والدولية وتقديم تجربة شاملة لزوار المدينة طوال فترة الموسم.
فعاليات ترفيهية ومهرجانات فنية في “مراسي“
خلال فترة التمديد، سيستمتع الزوار بكافة الخدمات والمرافق المتكاملة داخل مراسي، بدءًا من الشواطئ ومارينا المراسي، وصولاً إلى المطاعم الراقية والمتاجر العالمية وأماكن السهر. كما يشمل البرنامج فعاليات ترفيهية للأطفال، مع التحضير لافتتاح مرافق جديدة مخصصة لهم قريبًا.
ومن أبرز الفعاليات، إقامة “مهرجان مراسي” الأسبوعي في Address Beach كل سبت، بمشاركة نجوم بارزين من الفن العربي خلال شهري سبتمبر وأكتوبر، إلى جانب احتفالات خاصة باليوم الوطني السعودي، في تأكيد على عمق الروابط الثقافية والاجتماعية بين مصر والسعودية. كما تستعد مراسي لإطلاق عروض أزياء، فعاليات ترفيهية، وأنشطة عائلية متنوعة تمنح الزوار تجربة متجددة.
محمد العبار: الساحل الشمالي وجهة عالمية للسياحة
أكد محمد العبار، مؤسس شركة إعمار العقارية، أن قرار تمديد الموسم حتى أكتوبر يعكس رؤية جديدة للسياحة في الساحل الشمالي، موضحًا أن المنطقة تمتلك كل المقومات لتكون على خريطة السياحة العالمية لفترة أطول من العام.

Emaar Misr Extends Summer Season in “Marassi” North Coast Until October to Boost Tourism
Emaar Misr has announced the extension of the summer season in Marassi, its flagship destination on Egypt’s North Coast, until the end of October for the second consecutive year. The decision follows the great success of last year’s extension and comes as part of Emaar’s strategy to stimulate domestic and international tourism, while providing visitors with a fully integrated lifestyle experience.
Entertainment, Festivals, and Family Activities in Marassi
During the extended season, visitors will continue to enjoy Marassi’s world-class facilities, including pristine beaches, Marassi Marina, fine dining restaurants, international retail outlets, and vibrant nightlife. Family-oriented entertainment programs will also continue, with new dedicated kids’ facilities set to open soon.
As part of the extension, Marassi will host the “Marassi Festival” every Saturday at Address Beach, featuring two leading Arab music stars throughout September and October.
