خلال فعاليات المؤتمر السعودي الدولي الثالث للحديد والصلب 2025، أعلنت شركة إمداد للصناعات الحديدية – الذراع الصناعي لمجموعة الثلاثية المصرية – عن توقيع شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة EMC السعودية، بهدف ضخ استثمارات متبادلة بين البلدين في مجالات الصناعة والتصنيع المتقدم.

وتتضمن الشراكة إقامة مجمعين صناعيين متكاملين، أحدهما في مدينة العاشر من رمضان بمصر، والآخر في المنطقة الصناعية الثانية بمدينة جدة بالسعودية، وذلك لتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي وتنمية القطاعات الإنتاجية بين البلدين.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار دعم رؤية مصر 2030 ورؤية المملكة 2030، وتأكيدًا على عمق العلاقات التاريخية بين الشعبين الشقيقين، حيث تستهدف الشراكة فتح آفاق جديدة للنمو الصناعي وتبادل الخبرات، بما يسهم في تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة في المنطقة، ودعم سلاسل القيمة والإنتاج المشتركة بين الجانبين.
Egypt’s Al-Tholathia Group Signs Strategic Industrial Partnership with Saudi EMC During the 3rd Saudi International Iron & Steel Conference 2025
During the 3rd Saudi International Iron and Steel Conference 2025, Imdad for Iron Industries — the industrial arm of Egypt’s Al-Tholathia Group — announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Saudi EMC Company, aimed at promoting mutual industrial investments between Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the fields of manufacturing and advanced industry.
Under this partnership, the two companies will establish two fully integrated industrial complexes — one located in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, and the other in the Second Industrial Zone in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The initiative seeks to strengthen economic cooperation and boost productive sectors across both nations.
This collaboration comes in line with the objectives of both Egypt’s Vision 2030 and Saudi Vision 2030, reflecting the deep-rooted ties between the two brotherly nations. The partnership aims to open new horizons for industrial growth, exchange of expertise, and joint value chain development, contributing to regional economic integration and sustainable development across the Middle East.
