شهدت مدينة السادات اليوم حدثًا بارزًا يتمثل في افتتاح جامعة مدينة السادات الأهلية، وذلك بحضور االدكتور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، واللواء محافظ المنوفية، و الدكتورة شادن معاوية رئيس جامعة السادات، إلى جانب المهندس رئيس جهاز مدينة السادات، وعدد من القيادات التنفيذية والشخصيات العامة.
وقد تضمنت الفعاليات جولة تفقدية شملت مركز خدمة الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة، الذي يأتي في إطار دعم الدولة لدمج وتمكين الطلاب من ذوي الهمم، إلى جانب مركز التطوير المهني الذي يهدف إلى تأهيل الشباب لسوق العمل المحلي والدولي. كما تم افتتاح المبادرة الرئاسية “كن مستعد”، التي تركز على رفع وعي الطلاب وتدريبهم على مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية، فضلًا عن افتتاح مركز تعلم اللغات الذي يعد إضافة مهمة لتأهيل الطلاب بالمهارات اللغوية المطلوبة لمواكبة التطورات العالمية.
كما شملت الافتتاحات كلية العلوم وكلية الطب البشري بالمجمع الجديد، بما يمثل نقلة نوعية في البنية التعليمية لمدينة السادات، ويعزز من مكانتها كوجهة تعليمية متميزة على مستوى الجمهورية. كذلك قام الحضور بتفقد مشروعات البنية التحتية بالمجمع الجامعي الجديد، والتي تم تنفيذها وفق أعلى المعايير لضمان بيئة تعليمية متكاملة ومستدامة.
وأكد الحضور أن افتتاح الجامعة الأهلية الجديدة يمثل خطوة استراتيجية مهمة في مسيرة التعليم العالي بمصر، حيث يسهم في توفير فرص تعليمية متميزة داخل مدينة السادات، ويخدم أبناء محافظة المنوفية والمحافظات المجاورة. كما يعكس المشروع توجه الدولة نحو التوسع في إنشاء الجامعات الأهلية التي تساهم في تخفيف الأعباء عن الجامعات الحكومية وتلبية الطلب المتزايد على التعليم الجامعي المتطور.
وتعد هذه الخطوة إضافة قوية تعزز من جاذبية مدينة السادات كمركز تعليمي واستثماري متكامل، وتؤكد أن التنمية التعليمية تمثل الركيزة الأساسية لبناء مستقبل مستدام قائم على المعرفة والابتكار.
Inauguration of Sadat City National University Strengthens the City’s Position as an Integrated Educational and Investment Hub
Sadat City witnessed today the inauguration of Sadat City National University, in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Governor of Menoufia, Prof. Dr. Shaden Moawad, President of Sadat University, and the Head of the Sadat City Authority, along with senior officials and public figures.
The inauguration included an inspection tour of the Center for Students with Disabilities, which reflects the state’s commitment to empowering and integrating students with special needs, as well as the Career Development Center, designed to equip youth with the skills required for the local and international labor markets. In addition, the presidential initiative “Be Prepared” was launched, aiming to raise awareness and train students to face future challenges. The opening of the Language Learning Center was also celebrated, providing essential linguistic skills to help students keep pace with global developments.
The event also marked the opening of the new Faculty of Science and Faculty of Medicine within the university complex, representing a qualitative leap in the educational infrastructure of Sadat City. Attendees further inspected infrastructure projects at the new campus, which were executed according to the highest standards to ensure a sustainable and integrated educational environment.
Officials stressed that the inauguration of the new national university is a strategic step in Egypt’s higher education journey, as it provides distinguished academic opportunities for students in Menoufia and neighboring governorates. The project reflects the state’s direction towards expanding national universities, which help ease the burden on public universities while meeting the growing demand for advanced higher education.
This milestone not only strengthens Sadat City’s position as a leading educational and investment hub but also reaffirms that educational development is a cornerstone for building a sustainable future based on
knowledge and innovation.
