أعلنت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية عن فتح باب التسجيل في الطرح الأول من المرحلة الثانية لمبادرة “بيتك في مصر” للمصريين بالخارج، وذلك بالتعاون مع وزارة الخارجية ووزارة الهجرة وشئون المصريين بالخارج.
ويشمل الطرح الأول 1380 وحدة سكنية موزعة على 14 مدينة جديدة، على أن يبدأ التسجيل اعتبارًا من السبت 30 أغسطس 2025 وحتى 4 سبتمبر 2025، بينما يتم فتح باب اختيار الوحدات خلال الفترة من 20 وحتى 25 سبتمبر 2025.
تفاصيل المرحلة الثانية من المبادرة
أكدت الوزارة أن المرحلة الثانية من المبادرة تتضمن طرح نحو 3000 وحدة سكنية وتجارية وإدارية عبر ثلاثة طروحات متتالية.

الطرح الأول يتضمن وحدات إسكان “متوسط وفاخر” في مشروعات:

ديارنا بمدن (القاهرة الجديدة – العلمين الجديدة – المنيا الجديدة – أسيوط الجديدة – سوهاج الجديدة – دمياط الجديدة – 15 مايو – قنا الجديدة).

سكن مصر بمدن (العلمين الجديدة – المنصورة الجديدة – دمياط الجديدة – أكتوبر الجديدة).
-
دار مصر بمدينتي (بدر – برج العرب الجديدة).
-
جنة بمدينتي (المنصورة الجديدة – دمياط الجديدة).
-
فالي تاورز بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر، وفالي تاورز إيست بمدينة العبور الجديدة.

تسهيلات مالية وحوافز للمصريين بالخارج
أوضحت الوزارة أن المبادرة تقدم تسهيلات غير مسبوقة للمصريين بالخارج، من بينها:

فترة سداد تصل إلى 10 سنوات.
-
خصومات تصل إلى 7% من إجمالي ثمن الوحدة.
-
جدية حجز بقيمة 5 آلاف دولار لكل وحدة.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة استجابةً لمطالب المصريين في الخارج، والتي عرضت خلال النسخة السادسة من مؤتمر المصريين بالخارج، الذي شارك فيه المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان. كما تندرج ضمن تنفيذ تكليفات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بتوفير أفضل الخدمات والرعاية للمصريين بالخارج، ودعم ارتباطهم بالوطن وتعزيز مساهمتهم في جهود التنمية الشاملة.

“Housing Ministry: 1,380 Residential Units in 14 New Cities for Egyptians Abroad – Registration Opens August 30, 2025”
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the opening of registration for the first offering under the second phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative for Egyptians abroad, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs.
The first offering includes 1,380 residential units across 14 new cities, with registration available from Saturday, August 30, 2025, until September 4, 2025. The unit selection process will be open from September 20 to September 25, 2025.
Second Phase Details
According to the ministry, the second phase of the initiative comprises around 3,000 residential, commercial, and administrative units, divided into three offerings.

The first offering includes middle-income and luxury housing units within the following projects:

Dyarna in (New Cairo, New Alamein, New Minya, New Assiut, New Sohag, New Damietta, 15th of May, and New Qena).

Sakan Misr in (New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Damietta, and New October).

Dar Misr in (Badr and New Borg El Arab).

Jannah in (New Mansoura and New Damietta).

Valley Towers in Hadayek October and Valley Towers East in New Obour City.

Financial Incentives and Payment Facilities
The ministry emphasized that the initiative provides exclusive benefits for Egyptians abroad, including:

Payment plans of up to 10 years.

Discounts of up to 7% on unit prices.

booking deposit of $5,000 per unit.
This initiative responds to the demands of Egyptians abroad, as highlighted during the 6th Edition of the Egyptians Abroad Conference, attended by Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbini. It also aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide the best services for Egyptians abroad, strengthen their ties with the homeland, and encourage their contribution to comprehensive national development.
