رئيس جهاز القاهرة الجديدة يلتقي مطوري التجمع السادس بالامتداد الجنوبي بالمدينة لبحث مستجدات التنمية
عقد المهندس عبدالرؤوف الغيطى، رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة، اجتماعًا موسعًا بمقر الجهاز مع عدد من مطوري التجمع السادس، في إطار الحرص على تعزيز التعاون مع المستثمرين العقاريين ومناقشة سبل دفع عجلة التنمية في المنطقة التي تُعد إحدى الوجهات العمرانية الواعدة بالمدينة.

وفي بداية اللقاء، أكد رئيس الجهاز على أهمية التجمع السادس باعتباره أحد المناطق الاستراتيجية بمدينة القاهرة الجديدة، مشيرًا إلى أنه يضم نحو 80 كمبوندًا سكنيًا بما يجعله من أبرز المقاصد الاستثمارية والعمرانية مستقبلًا.
وتناول الاجتماع عددًا من الملفات الهامة، حيث أوضح المهندس الغيطى أن الجهاز يقوم حاليًا بتنفيذ كافة أعمال المرافق بالطرق الداخلية بالتجمع السادس، ومن المتوقع الانتهاء منها خلال عام، بينما من المخطط الانتهاء من أعمال الكهرباء بنهاية العام الجاري، بما يسهم في تهيئة البنية التحتية اللازمة للمشروعات السكنية والاستثمارية بالمنطقة.
الجهاز يوافق على الأسوار المؤقتة والجسات والمحطات بشروط رسمية واضحة
كما أكد رئيس الجهاز أن الجهاز يقدم الدعم الكامل للمستثمرين لتسهيل أعمالهم وفق الضوابط القانونية، موضحًا أنه سيتم الموافقة على إنشاء أسوار مؤقتة للكمبوندات لمن يرغب في التقدم بطلب رسمي، إلى جانب الموافقة على بدء أعمال التسوية والجسات وإقامة المحطات داخل الأراضي شريطة التقدم بالطلبات والإجراءات اللازمة.

وشدد الغيطى على ضرورة الاستلام الفعلي للأراضي من قبل المطورين، وسرعة تسوية أي مستحقات مالية متأخرة، بما يضمن سلامة الموقف القانوني وسرعة الانطلاق في تنفيذ المشروعات، مؤكدًا أن الجهاز يتعامل مع جميع المطورين في إطار من الشفافية والالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المنظمة.
حضر الاجتماع المهندس سيد حسن نائب رئيس الجهاز للامتداد الجنوبي، والمهندس أحمد عبدالوهاب دردير نائب رئيس الجهاز للطرق، إلى جانب مسؤولي المشروعات والمساحة بالمدينة.
واختُتم الاجتماع بالتأكيد على أن جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة يعمل على توفير كافة مقومات النجاح للتجمع السادس، بما يعزز مكانته كأحد أهم مناطق التنمية العمرانية بالمدينة، ويحقق التوازن بين حقوق الدولة وحقوق المستثمرين والمواطنين
Sixth Settlement: New Cairo Authority Strengthens Partnership with Developers to Boost Urban Development
Eng. Abdelraouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Authority, held an extensive meeting at the Authority’s headquarters with a number of developers of the Sixth Settlement, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation with real estate investors and discuss ways to accelerate development in one of the city’s most promising urban destinations.
At the beginning of the meeting, El-Ghaity highlighted the strategic importance of the Sixth Settlement, noting that it includes around 80 residential compounds, making it one of the most attractive areas for future investment and urban expansion.
Infrastructure and Utilities Works
The Head of the Authority explained that the Authority is currently carrying out all infrastructure works for the internal roads in the Sixth Settlement, which are expected to be completed within one year. Meanwhile, electricity works are scheduled to be finalized by the end of this year, providing the necessary infrastructure to support housing and investment projects in the area.
Facilitating Investors’ Work
El-Ghaity stressed that the Authority is fully committed to supporting investors and facilitating their work in line with legal regulations. He added that temporary permits for compound fences will be approved for those submitting formal applications, along with permissions for land leveling, soil testing, and the establishment of on-site service stations, provided that the required procedures are followed.
Ensuring Legal and Financial Compliance
The Head of the Authority also urged developers to take actual possession of their allocated lands and to expedite the settlement of any outstanding financial dues, ensuring legal compliance and enabling the swift commencement of projects. He emphasized that the Authority deals with all developers with transparency and full adherence to laws and regulations.
Commitment to Balanced Development
The meeting was attended by Eng. Sayed Hassan, Deputy Head of the Authority for the Southern Extension, and Eng. Ahmed Abdelwahab Dardir, Deputy Head for Roads, along with officials from the Projects and Surveying Departments.
The session concluded with confirmation that the New Cairo City Authority is committed to providing all the factors of success for the Sixth Settlement, reinforcing its status as one of the city’s key urban development areas, while maintaining a fair balance between the rights of the state, investors, and citizens.
