في إطار التزام وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة بتعزيز مبدأ الشفافية وتكافؤ الفرص بين المواطنين، أعلن المهندس محمود مراد، رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة العبور الجديدة، عن إجراء القرعة العلنية لعدد من قطع الأراضي المُضافة التي تم تقنين أوضاعها في مناطق القادسية والأمل والكيلو 48، وذلك يوم الاثنين 13 أكتوبر بمقر الجهاز
وأوضح المهندس محمود مراد أن الجهاز حدد مواعيد إجراء القرعة للأراضي أرقام (19 – 20 – 21) تباعًا خلال شهر أكتوبر الجاري، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، بضرورة الإعلان الواضح عن كافة المواعيد والإجراءات أمام المواطنين لضمان العدالة والمصداقية في عملية التخصيص.
القرعة تشمل قطع أراضٍ تتراوح مساحاتها بين 200 و500 متر مربع
وأضاف أن القرعة العلنية ستُجرى بحضور المواطنين الذين استوفوا شروط التقديم وسددوا المقدمات المالية المقررة، موضحًا أن مساحات الأراضي المطروحة تتراوح بين 200 و500 متر مربع، وتأتي في إطار خطة الدولة للتوسع العمراني وتوفير فرص التملك داخل المدن الجديدة، بما يتماشى مع رؤية مصر 2030 للتنمية الشاملة.
وأكد رئيس الجهاز أن جميع الترتيبات التنظيمية والإجرائية تم اتخاذها لضمان سير أعمال القرعة في أجواء يسودها الوضوح والحياد الكامل، مع تمكين المواطنين من متابعة النتائج بشفافية تامة.
تنويه هام من جهاز تنمية مدينة العبور الجديدة:

سيتم غلق الأبواب الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرًا لبدء إجراءات القرعة، ولن يُسمح بالدخول بعد هذا الموعد حفاظًا على النظام.

يُشترط إحضار إثبات الشخصية وأصل إيصال السداد عند الحضور.

يجب استكمال قيمة 25% من ثمن الأرض خلال شهرين من تاريخ إجراء القرعة.
ودعا الجهاز المواطنين إلى الالتزام بالتعليمات والمواعيد المعلنة، ومتابعة الموقع الرسمي وصفحات الجهاز لمعرفة أي تحديثات تخص نتائج القرعة أو الإجراءات اللاحقة.
واختتم المهندس محمود مراد تصريحه قائلاً:نهنئ الفائزين في القرعة العلنية، وندعوهم إلى سرعة استكمال الإجراءات المقررة، فمدينة العبور الجديدة تُعد نموذجًا للمدن الحديثة المتكاملة التي نسعى جميعًا لجعلها بيئة عمرانية مستدامة تحقق تطلعات المواطنين.”
Eng. Mahmoud Murad, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, announced that the public lottery for a number of newly added land plots—whose legal statuses have been settled in the Qadisiyah, Al-Amal, and Km 48 areas—will take place on Monday, October 13, at the Authority’s headquarters.
Eng. Murad explained that the Authority has scheduled the public draw for land plots Nos. (19–20–21) successively throughout October, in line with the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. He emphasized that all dates and procedures will be announced clearly to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
He added that the public lottery will be conducted in the presence of applicants who have met all requirements and paid the prescribed down payments. The land plots on offer range in size from 200 to 500 square meters, as part of the state’s broader plan to expand urban development and provide ownership opportunities within the new cities—aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
The Head of the Authority confirmed that all organizational and procedural arrangements have been made to ensure that the lottery process runs smoothly, in a transparent and impartial environment where citizens can follow the results openly.

The gates will be closed at 12:00 p.m. sharp to start the draw procedures. No entry will be allowed after this time to maintain order.

Attendance requires presenting a valid ID and the original payment receipt.

The first 25% of the land’s total value must be completed within two months from the date of the draw.
The Authority urged all applicants to adhere to the announced schedules and guidelines and to regularly check the official website and social media pages for updates regarding the draw results or subsequent procedures.
