شاركت شعبة النقل الدولي واللوجستيات بالغرفة التجارية بالإسكندرية، في مراسم توقيع اتفاقية تأسيس مركز الوساطة والتوفيق في النزاعات المرتبطة بقطاع النقل واللوجستيات، بمشاركة الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري .
وأشار المهندس مدحت القاضي رئيس الشعبة، أن التوقيع شمل في نهاية الحفل المخصص له الاحتفال بتخريج الدفعة الأولى من الوسطاء المعتمدين في مجال النقل واللوجستيات، وكان من أبرزهم عبد العال علي، و خالد صبري نائب الرئيس، و أحمد العنتبلي، والمهندس أحمد مصطفى حامد، والنائب محمد جبريل، إلى جانب باقي الخريجين، كما شهدت الفعالية حضور الدكتورة أميرة شوقي والدكتور صلاح الصادق.
وأشار القاضي، أن الاتفاق يهدف إنشاء المركز الجديد إلى أن يكون منصة متخصصة لتسوية النزاعات المرتبطة بالنقل واللوجستيات، بما يعزز بيئة الأعمال ويدعم مناخ الاستثمار، ويسهم في رفع تنافسية الاقتصاد المصري والإقليمي.
من جانب آخر شارك في توقع الاتفاق الدكتورة سارة الجزار، عميدة كلية النقل الدولي واللوجستيات بالأكاديمية، والمهندس مدحت القاضي، فيما شارك ممثلون عن جامعة الدول العربية ووزارة النقل والمحكمة الاقتصادية بالإسكندرية، فضلًا عن عدد من قيادات الاتحادات العربية وأعضاء المجلس الاستشاري للكلية.
وشارك في الحقل الدكتور إسماعيل عبد الغفار، رئيس الأكاديمية، أحمد الوكيل، رئيس اتحاد الغرف التجارية المصرية، والدكتور خالد حنفي، الأمين العام لاتحاد الغرف العربية، إلى جانب محافظ أسيوط، والدكتور أشرف العربي وزير التخطيط الأسبق، والدكتورة جيهان صالح المستشار الاقتصادي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء.
Mediation and Conciliation Center for Transport and Logistics Disputes
The International Transport and Logistics Division of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce took part in the signing ceremony of an agreement to establish a Mediation and Conciliation Center for disputes related to the transport and logistics sector, in collaboration with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
Eng. Medhat El-Qadi, Chairman of the Division, noted that the signing coincided with the graduation ceremony of the first batch of certified mediators in the field of transport and logistics. Among the distinguished graduates were Abdel Aal Ali, Vice President Khaled Sabry, Ahmed El-Antably, Eng. Ahmed Mostafa Hamed, and MP Mohamed Gabrial, alongside the rest of the graduates. The event was also attended by Dr. Amira Shoukry and Dr. Salah El-Sadeq.
El-Qadi highlighted that the agreement aims to establish the new center as a specialized platform for resolving transport and logistics-related disputes, thereby strengthening the business environment, supporting the investment climate, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Egyptian and regional economy.
On another note, the signing ceremony was also attended by Dr. Sara El-Gazzar, Dean of the College of International Transport and Logistics at the Academy, and Eng. Medhat El-Qadi, along with representatives from the League of Arab States, the Ministry of Transport, and the Economic Court of Alexandria, in addition to several leaders of Arab federations and members of the College’s Advisory Board.
The ceremony further witnessed the participation of Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar, President of the Academy, Ahmed El-Wakeel, President of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, and Dr. Khaled Hanafy, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers, alongside the Governor of Assiut, former Minister of Planning Dr. Ashraf El-Araby, and Dr. Gehan Saleh, Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister.
