انطلقت فعاليات النسخة الثالثة من مؤتمر The Investor.. Real State، الذي تنظمه شركة “بلاك دايموند” بالتعاون مع غرفة التطوير العقاري باتحاد الصناعات المصرية، اليوم الثلاثاء، تحت عنوان “مستقبل العقار.. التحديات والحلول والسوق البديل”.
ويشارك في المؤتمر وزارتا الإسكان والمالية، وهيئات المجتمعات العمرانية، والرقابة المالية، والاستثمار، وصندوق التنمية الحضرية، إلى جانب البنوك الحكومية والخاصة، فضلًا عن أبرز المطورين العقاريين، وذلك في إطار منصة حوارية متكاملة تستهدف وضع حلول عملية للتحديات الراهنة ودعم فرص الاستثمار العقاري.
ويشهد المؤتمر انعقاد 3 جلسات رئيسية وجلسة ختامية، جاءت عناوينها على النحو التالي: “الجلسة الأولى: تنظيم المهنة واتحاد المطورين.. موضوعات ملحة على مائدة العقاريين، الجلسة الثانية: الموازنة بين متطلبات الدولة واحتياجات المطورين، الجلسة الثالثة: الأسواق البديلة.. فرص خاصة في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة”.
وتُختتم الفعاليات بجلسة ختامية يتحدث خلالها المهندس طارق شكري، أمين عام المؤتمر، مستعرضًا أبرز التوصيات والرؤى التي خرجت بها الجلسات، ومؤكدًا أهمية استمرار التنسيق بين الدولة والقطاع الخاص؛ لمواصلة تعزيز دور العقار كقاطرة رئيسية للتنمية الاقتصادية في مصر.
The Launch of the Third Edition of The Investor.. Real Estate Conference to Discuss the Challenges and Future of Egypt’s Property Market
The third edition of The Investor.. Real Estate Conference, organized by Black Diamond in cooperation with the Real Estate Development Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, kicked off today, Tuesday, under the theme: “The Future of Real Estate… Challenges, Solutions, and Alternative Markets.”
The conference brings together the Ministries of Housing and Finance, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Financial Regulatory Authority, the Investment Authority, and the Urban Development Fund, in addition to both public and private banks, alongside leading real estate developers. The event provides an integrated dialogue platform aimed at offering practical solutions to current challenges and supporting new investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
The program includes three main sessions and a closing panel, titled as follows:

Session One: Professional Regulation and the Developers’ Union… Urgent Issues on the Real Estate Agenda

Session Three: Alternative Markets… Special Opportunities Amid Current Conditions
The conference concludes with a closing session led by Eng. Tarek Shoukry, Secretary-General of the Conference, who will present the key recommendations and insights from the sessions, emphasizing the importance of continued coordination between the government and the private sector to strengthen real estate’s role as a primary driver of economic development in Egypt.
