قام المهندس علاء عبد اللاه مصطفى، رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة العاشر من رمضان، بمتابعة أعمال رش طبقة الـMC0 تمهيدًا لتنفيذ الطبقة الأسفلتية الرابطة بالمنطقة الصناعية A`3، في إطار خطة شاملة لرفع كفاءة شبكة الطرق وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمستثمرين والعاملين.
وخلال جولته، شدد رئيس الجهاز على ضرورة الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والهندسية المعتمدة، وضمان جودة التنفيذ بما يحقق أعلى معدلات الأمان والسلامة، مؤكدًا على أهمية سرعة إنجاز الأعمال وفق الجداول الزمنية المقررة لدعم حركة الإنتاج والتجارة.
بنية تحتية تدعم الاستثمار
وأشار إلى أن خطة الرصف تتضمن جميع المراحل التأسيسية بداية من رش الـMC0 وحتى تنفيذ الطبقة السطحية النهائية، بما يضمن تسهيل حركة النقل بين المصانع وتقليل معدلات الأعطال والازدحام داخل المنطقة الصناعية، التي تُعد ركيزة أساسية للاقتصاد المصري.
العاشر من رمضان.. أكبر مدينة صناعية في مصر
وأوضح المهندس علاء عبد اللاه أن هذه الجهود تأتي تنفيذًا لتوجيهات وزارة الإسكان وهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة لتطوير البنية التحتية ودعم البيئة الاستثمارية. وتضم مدينة العاشر من رمضان أكثر من 2,500 مصنع قائم باستثمارات تتجاوز 100 مليار جنيه، وتوفر ما يزيد على 500 ألف فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير مباشرة، ما يجعلها واحدة من أكبر المدن الصناعية في الشرق الأوسط.
قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد الوطني
وأكد رئيس الجهاز أن تطوير شبكة الطرق سيسهم في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء داخل المصانع، وزيادة القدرة التنافسية للمنتجات المصرية، بما يدعم خطط الدولة لزيادة الصادرات والوصول إلى نصف تريليون دولار صادرات سنويًا خلال السنوات المقبلة.

Monitoring Asphalt Works to Global Standards
Eng. Alaa Abd El-Latif Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, inspected the ongoing MC0 priming works in preparation for laying the asphalt binder layer in the Industrial Zone A`3. The project is part of the authority’s plan to enhance road networks and improve services for investors and workers in the city.
During his visit, the Chairman emphasized the importance of adhering to approved engineering and safety standards, ensuring the highest quality of execution, and completing works according to the set timelines, given the industrial zone’s critical role in Egypt’s economy.
World-Class Infrastructure for Industry
The development works include all paving phases—starting from MC0 priming, through the binder asphalt layer, and up to the final surface layer—aimed at facilitating logistics between factories, reducing congestion and breakdowns, and creating a more efficient industrial ecosystem.
10th of Ramadan: Egypt’s Largest Industrial City
Eng. Mostafa highlighted that this initiative aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Housing and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to provide world-class infrastructure supporting investment and manufacturing.
Today, 10th of Ramadan City hosts over 2,500 factories with investments exceeding EGP 100 billion, generating more than 500,000 direct and indirect job opportunities, making it one of the largest industrial hubs in the Middle East.
Boosting Egypt’s Competitiveness
The Chairman added that upgrading the road network will directly enhance industrial productivity, increase the competitiveness of Egyptian products, and contribute to the state’s plan of achieving USD 50 billion in annual exports in the coming years.
