وأوضح مصطفى أن لجنة التسويق والإعلام حرصت على تصميم فعاليات اليوم بشكل متكامل يجمع بين الطابع الرسمي والحوارات المفتوحة بين اللجان المختلفة، مما أتاح للأعضاء الاستفادة من النقاشات التي تدعم أعمالهم وتعزز من فرص نجاح شركاتهم في ظل التحديات المتسارعة.

كما أشار إلى أن لجنة التقييم والاستثمار نظمت ندوة متخصصة تحت عنوان “الضرائب وكل ما يتعلق بالملف الضريبي”، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء الذين قدموا حلولًا عملية وإجابات دقيقة للمسائل الضريبية، وهو ما انعكس إيجابًا على الحضور من المديرين الماليين بالشركات العقارية.

وتضمن البرنامج أيضًا جلستين حواريتين؛ الأولى بعنوان “دور جمعية المطورين في توحيد الصوت العقاري المصري”، حيث ناقشت التشريعات المؤثرة على القطاع وأهمية توحيد الجهود لزيادة القوة التفاوضية مع الجهات المعنية، بينما جاءت الجلسة الثانية تحت عنوان “كيف يواكب المطور التغيير؟”، التي تناولت فرص وتحديات السوق ودور المطورين في الابتكار وتقديم قيمة مضافة للعملاء.
واختتم محمد مصطفى بتأكيده على أن الجمعية ستواصل تنظيم فعاليات نوعية بصفة دورية، بما يساهم في خلق قنوات حوار جادة بين الأعضاء، ودعم استقرار السوق العقاري المصري، وبناء بيئة عمل أكثر مرونة واستدامة

A Platform to Exchange Expertise and Discuss Challenges in Egypt’s Property Market
Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the Marketing and Media Committee at the Real Estate Developers Association and CEO of Mazaya, emphasized that this year’s General Assembly was held with a new spirit and innovative ideas. The event went beyond the traditional agenda of approving budgets, honoring members, and presenting shields and certificates of appreciation, transforming into an interactive forum aimed at exchanging expertise and addressing key developments in the real estate market.
Mostafa explained that the Marketing and Media Committee designed the day’s activities in a comprehensive manner, blending formal sessions with open discussions among various committees. This approach allowed members to benefit from constructive dialogues that support their businesses and enhance the success of their companies amid accelerating challenges.
He also highlighted that the Valuation and Investment Committee organized a specialized seminar under the theme “Taxes and Everything Related to the Tax File”, featuring a distinguished group of experts who provided practical solutions and precise answers to tax-related issues. The session had a significant impact on the attending CFOs from real estate companies.
The program further included two panel discussions. The first, titled “The Role of the Developers Association in Unifying Egypt’s Real Estate Voice”, addressed legislation affecting the sector and stressed the importance of collective efforts to strengthen negotiation power with relevant authorities. The second session, “How Can Developers Adapt to Change?”, explored market opportunities and challenges, focusing on the role of developers in driving innovation and delivering added value to clients.
Mostafa concluded by affirming that the Association will continue to organize specialized events on a regular basis, fostering serious dialogue channels among members, supporting the stability of Egypt’s real estate market, and building a more flexible and sustainable business environment.
