تفقد أعمال تطوير ورفع كفاءة الطرق ضمن خطة تحسين البنية التحتية بالمدينة
وأوضح رئيس الجهاز، أنه جارِ تنفيذ أعمال الطبقة السطحية ورفع كفاءة بعض الطرق بالحى السكنى الأول (محور الياسمين) بالمدينة ضمن مشروع صيانة الطرق والتى يتم تنفيذها وفقا لأعلى معايير الجودة لخدمة سكان المدينة.
Housing Projects in New Beni Suef: Progress on “Housing for All Egyptians” and “Diarna” Developments
Eng. Ahmed Abdel-Gaber Abdallah, Head of the New Beni Suef City Development Authority, held a meeting with officials from the authority and representatives of the companies implementing key housing projects in the city. These include units under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians – Low-Income Segment” and the “Diarna” middle-income housing project. The meeting focused on reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and accelerating project delivery.
Ministerial Directives to Speed Up Housing Delivery
The meeting comes in line with the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, who emphasized the importance of intensifying supervision over housing projects in new cities. The goal is to ensure that contractors adhere to the set timelines, accelerate construction works, and deliver high-quality housing units to citizens as quickly as possible.
Ensuring Quality and Compliance with Standards
During the discussions, the head of the authority reviewed the current progress of ongoing projects and urged implementing companies to adhere strictly to technical specifications and the approved timetable. He stressed the importance of achieving the required quality standards to ensure citizens receive their allocated units on time.
Infrastructure Development: Road Upgrades in the First Residential District
Alongside the housing projects, Eng. Abdel-Gaber and his team inspected the ongoing development and upgrading works in the First Residential District (Al-Yasmeen Axis). The works include completing the surface layer and improving road efficiency as part of a larger road maintenance project.
He confirmed that all works are being carried out according to the highest quality standards to enhance infrastructure and provide better services for the residents of New Beni Suef City.
