رئيس جهاز سفنكس الجديدة يتفقد مشروعات المرافق ومعدلات التنفيذ وتذليل المعوقات

قام المهندس محمد عبدالعزيز عامر، رئيس جهاز مدينة سفنكس الجديدة، بجولة ميدانية موسعة لمتابعة سير العمل في مشروعات المرافق الجارية بالمدينة ، في إطار حرص وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية على المتابعة المستمرة لمشروعات التنمية بالمدن الجديدة

رافقه خلال الجولة المهندس محمد عمرو بن العاص، نائب رئيس الجهاز، والدكتور المهندس أحمد الله صلاح الدين، معاون رئيس الجهاز، والمهندس إبراهيم عويس، مدير إدارة المشروعات، إلى جانب  حسام البيهي، مدير إدارة الأمن، و أحمد عبدالمعطي، مسؤول إدارة الأمن بالجهاز.

واستهل المهندس عبد العزيز عامر الوفد المرافق له  الجولة التفقدية المرور على محور سفنكس الرابط بين طريق مصر الإسكندرية الصحراوي والطريق الدائري الإقليمي مرورًا بمحور الضبعة، إلى جانب متابعة سير العمل في مشروعات المرافق ضمن المرحلة الأولى العاجلة، والتي تتضمن مشروعات الطرق وشبكات المياه والصرف الصحي.

وخلال الجولة، استعرض المهندس رئيس الجهاز مع الشركات المنفذة واستشاريي الإشراف نسب الإنجاز بالمشروعات الحالية، وناقش أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه التنفيذ، موجهاً بسرعة وضع حلول جذرية بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.

وأكد المهندس محمد عبدالعزيز عامر على أهمية تكثيف فرق العمل والمعدات بالمواقع المختلفة لزيادة معدلات الإنجاز، مشددًا على أن جهاز المدينة لن يدخر جهدًا في تذليل أي عقبات أمام الشركات المنفذة، بهدف الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة وجودة التنفيذ المطلوبة.

كما شدد على أن سرعة تنفيذ مشروعات المرافق تعد أولوية استراتيجية، لما لها من أبعاد تنموية واقتصادية، تعكس اهتمام الدولة بتوفير الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين الذين قاموا بتقنين أوضاعهم بالمدينة.

واكد  رئيس الجهاز جولته ،   على ضرورة الإسراع في الانتهاء من الأعمال في المواعيد المحددة وبأعلى معايير الجودة، موضحًا أن المتابعة الميدانية اليومية ستستمر لضمان الالتزام الكامل بتنفيذ الأعمال وفق الجدول الزمني المخطط.

Head of Sphinx New City Authority Inspects Infrastructure Projects to Monitor Progress and Overcome Challenges

In line with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ commitment to continuous oversight of development projects across new cities, Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz Amer, Head of the Sphinx New City Authority, conducted an extensive field tour to monitor the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects in the city.

He was accompanied by Eng. Mohamed Amr Ibn Al-As, Deputy Head of the Authority; Dr. Eng. Ahmed Allah Salah El-Din, Assistant Head; Eng. Ibrahim Aweis, Director of the Projects Department; along with Mr. Hossam El-Beheiy, Director of Security, and Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Security Officer.

The inspection tour included a visit to the Sphinx Axis, which connects the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road with the Regional Ring Road, passing through the Dabaa Axis. The tour also covered ongoing infrastructure works within the first urgent phase, including road development, water networks, and sewage systems.

During the visit, Eng. Amer reviewed with the contracting companies and supervising consultants the current progress rates, identifying key obstacles that might hinder implementation. He directed the teams to develop practical and immediate solutions in coordination with the relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and project efficiency.

Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz Amer emphasized the importance of intensifying work teams and machinery to accelerate completion rates, affirming that the authority will spare no effort in resolving any challenges facing contractors to meet project timelines and quality standards.

He further stressed that the swift execution of infrastructure projects is of strategic and economic importance, reflecting the state’s commitment to providing essential services for citizens who have regularized their land ownership in the city.

At the conclusion of his tour, the Head of the Authority reiterated the need to speed up completion while maintaining the highest quality standards, noting that daily on-site inspections will continue to ensure full compliance with the planned schedule and execution requirements.
