بدعوة من وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية المهندس شريف الشربيني رئيس ملتقى استثمار البحر المتوسط، تشارك اليوم الخميس الدكتورة عبير عصام عضو مجلس إدارة غرفة التطوير العقاري باتحاد الصناعات، ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة عمار للتطوير العقاري في جلسة حوارية بملتقى MIG2025 الذي تستضيفه مدينة العلمين الجديدة بالنورث سكوير مول تحت رعاية وزارة الإسكان بحضور الدكتور سيد إسماعيل نائب وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية.
وتناقش الجلسة، فرص الاستثمار الواعدة على ساحل البحر المتوسط، وفتح آفاق التعاون والشراكات الاستراتيجية بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
وصرحت الدكتورة عبير عصام عضو مجلس إدارة غرفة التطوير العقاري باتحاد الصناعات، أن مدينة العلمين الجديدة أحد أهم معالم الجمهورية الجديدة وانجازات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي والدولة المصرية في مجالات التنمية والاستثمار والتطوير العقاري والتنمية العمرانية حيث تعد نموذجاً لمدن الجيل الرابع والمدن المتكاملة والذكية التي تجمع بين السكن، والسياحة، والاستثمار، والخدمات.

وأكدت عبير عصام، أن مشروع مدينة العلمين الجديدة خير شاهد علي النهضة التنموية والاقتصادية التي شهدتها مصر على مدار 11 عام، كما يجسد إصرار وعزيمة الشعب المصري وتلاحمه مع الدولة المصرية في تحويل التحديات الي فرص والمضي قدماً نحو التنمية العمرانية وتحقيق رؤية مصر 2030 للتنمية المستدامة حيث تحولت من مدينة ألغام الي واحة وواجهة للمستثمرين حول العالم.
وأشارت عضو مجلس إدارة غرفة التطوير العقاري باتحاد الصناعات المصرية، إلي الدور المحوري لمدينة العلمين الجديدة في تحويل الساحل الشمالي إلى إقليم تنموي جاذب للاستثمار والسياحة في مصر والخليج العربي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط، حيث شهدت المدينة تطورًا كبيرًا في البنية التحتية من شبكات طرق حديثة، وأبراج سكنية وتجارية متميزة، ومنشآت خدمية متنوعة ومدينة للمهرجان والأنشطة الثقافية والترفيهية.
ولفتت إلي أن المشروعات الحديثة في مدينة العلمين الجديدة جذبت عددًا من الشركات العالمية للاستثمار في قطاعات متعددة، مما يعزز دورها الاقتصادي والتنموي، مشيرة إلى أهمية تشغيل مطار العلمين الدولي طوال العام وتفعيل الخطوط البحرية الدولية لربط العلمين بدول البحر المتوسط الأخرى، إلي جانب تفعيل دورها كوجهة سياحية عالمية طوال العام عبر ربطها بالأنشطة الثقافية والسياحة الصحية والمناطق الصناعية.
وتشارك الدكتورة عبير عصام بالجلسة الحوارية ضمن كبار المسؤولين والمطورين والمستثمرين بالقطاع العقاري من بينهم المهندس أحمد إبراهيم رئيس جهاز مدينة العلمين الجديدة، والمهندس فتح الله فوزي نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية رجال الأعمال المصريين ورئيس لجنة التطوير العقاري بالجمعية، والمهندس محمد إسلام الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة شركات إبني للتطوير العقاري، والدكتور محمد راشد عضو مجلس إدارة غرفة صناعة التطوير العقاري، عضو مجلس إدارة شركة مصر إيطاليا، والمهندس محمد الأحول رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة ايجي هولدينج.
Dr. Abeer Essam Participates in MIG 2025 Forum Panel on Promising Investment Opportunities along the Mediterranean Coast
At the invitation of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and President of the Mediterranean Investment Forum (MIG 2025), Dr. Abeer Essam, Board Member of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries and Chairwoman of Amar Real Estate Development, is participating today (Thursday) in a panel discussion at the forum. The event is being held at North Square Mall in New Alamein City under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, in the presence of Dr. Sayed Ismail, Deputy Minister of Housing.
The panel focuses on promising investment opportunities along Egypt’s Mediterranean coast and on expanding horizons for cooperation and strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors.
Dr. Abeer Essam stated that New Alamein City stands as one of the most prominent landmarks of Egypt’s “New Republic” and a testament to the achievements of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Egyptian state in urban development, investment, and real estate. She highlighted that the city represents a model of fourth-generation, integrated smart cities, combining housing, tourism, investment, and services.
She emphasized that New Alamein City reflects the comprehensive economic and developmental renaissance Egypt has witnessed over the past 11 years. It also embodies the determination of the Egyptian people and their unity with the state in transforming challenges into opportunities, driving forward urban growth, and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030 for sustainable development. Once a land plagued by mines, the city has now become a global hub and investment destination.
Dr. Essam also underlined the strategic role of New Alamein City in transforming the North Coast into a developmental and investment hub for Egypt, the Gulf, and the Middle East. The city has witnessed massive infrastructure growth, including modern road networks, iconic residential and commercial towers, diversified service facilities, and spaces for cultural and entertainment activities.
She noted that major international companies have already been attracted to invest in various sectors within the city, further strengthening its economic role. Dr. Essam also stressed the importance of operating Alamein International Airport year-round, enhancing international maritime routes linking Alamein to Mediterranean countries, and promoting the city as a global tourist destination through cultural, wellness, and industrial tourism activities.
The panel includes participation from leading officials and developers, such as Eng. Ahmed Ibrahim, Head of New Alamein City Authority; Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Vice President of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association and Chairman of its Real Estate Development Committee; Eng.
