لجنة مشتركة تحصر المباني والمنشآت ” أرض نادي الزمالك ” بحدائق أكتوبر 

أعلن  جهاز مدينة حدائق أكتوبر، أن اللجنة المختصة بالتعاون مع شرطة المرافق والتعمير، نفذت قرار سحب أرض نادي الزمالك المخصصة بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر، وذلك بعد انتهاء المهلة القانونية الممنوحة للنادي دون تنفيذ المشروعات المقررة.

حصر المباني والمنشآت داخل الموقع

وأوضح رئيس الجهاز أن اللجنة قامت بحصر جميع المباني والممتلكات القائمة داخل الأرض، والتي تضم أكثر من 20 غرفة ومكاتب إدارية، تمهيدًا لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وفقًا للقانون.

خلفية تخصيص الأرض وسحبها

وكانت وزارة الإسكان قد خصصت للنادي مساحة 129 فدانًا لإنشاء فرع جديد بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، غير أن قرار السحب جاء بعد انتهاء المهلة المحددة في سبتمبر 2024 دون تنفيذ أي من الأعمال المتفق عليها.
وأكد رئيس الجهاز أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار التزام الوزارة بتطبيق قواعد التخصيص وحماية أراضي الدولة، خاصة بعد تعثر النادي في استغلال الأرض وفقًا للأهداف التي خصصت من أجلها.

سوابق في سحب الأراضي

وجدير بالذكر أن وزارة الإسكان سبق وأن سحبت أرضًا أخرى كانت مخصصة لنادي الزمالك بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، بعد مرور سنوات طويلة دون استغلالها أو البدء في المشروع المقرر عليها، وهو ما يعكس إصرار الوزارة على تطبيق مبدأ الجدية في استغلال الأراضي.

وبحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن القرار الأخير جاء نتيجة عدم التزام النادي بالجدول الزمني للإنشاءات، مما دفع الهيئة لاتخاذ إجراءاتها بسحب الأرض وفقًا للشروط التعاقدية الموقعة مسبقًا بين الجانبين.

The October Gardens City Authority announced that, in coordination with the Utilities and Development Police, a decision has been executed to withdraw the land allocated to Zamalek Sporting Club in October Gardens. The move came after the expiration of the legal grace period granted to the club, during which no progress was made on the approved projects.

Survey of Existing Buildings and Facilities

The Authority’s Chairman explained that a specialized committee carried out a full inventory of all existing structures and assets on the site, which include more than 20 rooms and administrative offices. This step precedes the legal measures to be taken in accordance with relevant regulations.
