مايا مرسي: حصر شامل للحضانات على مستوى الجمهورية
تلقت الدكتورة مايا مرسي وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي تقريراً من المهندسة مرجريت صاروفيم نائبة الوزيرة عن العمليات الميدانية للحصر الوطني الشامل للحضانات الذي تجريه الوزارة على مستوى الجمهورية، وذلك تنفيذًا للتوجيهات الرئاسية بأهمية دعم الطفولة المبكرة،والتكليف بزيادة أعداد الحضانات، والعمل على تيسير عملها، وزيادة معدلات التحاق الأطفال بالحضانات.
التضامن الاجتماعي تطلق الحصر الوطني للحضانات لدعم الطفولة المبكرة
وأوضح التقرير أن عمليات الحصر مازالت مستمرة، وذلك من خلال فريق عمل يقارب من 1800 من الرائدات الاجتماعيات والمشرفين، وتتم المتابعة لحظيا عبر لجنة مركزية منعقدة على مدار الساعة ومشكلة من قيادات العمل فى الوزارة من الإدارات المعنية لشئون الأسرة والمرأة والطفل والبرنامج القومي لتنمية الطفولة المبكرة ونظم المعلومات والتحول الرقمي وقطاع نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، بالإضافة إلى فريق من الخبراء والاستشارين بالوزارة.
حصر وطني رقمي للحضانات باستخدام نظم GIS والتحول الرقمي
ويستهدف الحصر جميع محافظات الجمهورية، وذلك من أجل بناء قاعدة بيانات قومية شاملة ومحدثة للمنشآت العاملة مع الطفولة المبكرة من سن يوم إلى 4 سنوات، تعزز القدرة على التخطيط المستقبلي،ويتم الاعتماد على نظم المعلومات الجغرافية Gis ووفق آليات الرقمنة والتحول الرقمي.
هذا وكانت الدكتورة مايا مرسي وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي قد أصدرت منشوراً وزارياً بمنح دور الحضانة ترخيصاً مؤقتاً لمدة ستة أشهر لحين توفيق أوضاعها،مع الالتزام بعدد من الضوابط.
Dr. Maya Morsy Receives Report on the National Comprehensive Census of Nurseries Across Egypt
Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity, received a detailed report from Engineer Margaret Sarofim, Deputy Minister, on the ongoing field operations of the National Comprehensive Census of Nurseries being conducted nationwide. This comes in line with the Presidential directives emphasizing the importance of supporting early childhood, increasing the number of nurseries, facilitating their operations, and boosting enrollment rates of children in early education.
According to the report, census operations are still underway, led by a field team of nearly 1,800 social pioneers and supervisors. A central committee, operating around the clock, is monitoring the process in real time. The committee includes senior officials from the Ministry’s departments concerned with family, women, and child affairs, the National Program for Early Childhood Development, IT and Digital Transformation, and the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) sector, in addition to a team of experts and consultants.
The census covers all governorates across Egypt, with the aim of building a comprehensive and up-to-date national database of institutions serving early childhood (ages 1 day to 4 years). This database will strengthen future planning capabilities and relies on GIS systems and digital transformation mechanisms.
Furthermore, Dr. Morsy issued a ministerial decree granting nurseries a temporary six-month license until they regularize their status, provided they comply with specific regulatory conditions.
