مسئولو قطاع الإسكان يزورون محافظة كفر الشيخ لمتابعة المشروعات السكينة

في إطار توجيهات المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية مناطق الدلتا وصعيد مصر، قام وفد من قطاع الإسكان والمرافق بالوزارة بزيارة ميدانية إلى محافظة كفر الشيخ، برئاسة المهندس مصطفى النجار رئيس قطاع الإسكان، وتحت إشراف المهندسة نفيسة محمود هاشم، مستشار الوزير والمشرف على القطاع.

دعم فني للمديريات ومتابعة المشروعات القومية

أكدت الوزارة أن هذه الزيارة تأتي استكمالًا لدور قطاع الإسكان في تقديم الدعم الفني لمديريات الإسكان بالمحافظات، ومتابعة إشرافها على تنفيذ المشروعات القومية سواء المندرجة ضمن الخطة الاستثمارية للمحافظات أو التابعة للجهات الحكومية المختلفة.

مناقشة خطط العمل بالمحافظة

بدأت الزيارة بعقد اجتماع مع مدير مديرية الإسكان بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، حيث تمت مناقشة الجوانب الفنية الخاصة بعمل المديرية، ومتابعة الموقف التنفيذي للمشروعات الاستثمارية والمشروعات التي تشرف المديرية على تنفيذها داخل المحافظة.

جولات ميدانية لتفقد المشروعات

شملت الجولة تفقد عدد من المشروعات التي تنفذها المديرية، من بينها:

• مشروع تطوير ورفع كفاءة مبنى مجمع المصالح الحكومية بالديوان العام.

• أعمال ترميم ورفع كفاءة واجهات مبنى ديوان عام المحافظة.

• تطوير مبنى الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات بالمحافظة.

متابعة مشروعات الإسكان الاجتماعي

واختتم الوفد زيارته بتفقد موقع 11 برجًا – تحيا مصر بمركز كفر الشيخ، حيث تم الوقوف على مستوى تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والنظافة للعمارات السكنية. كما وجه مسئولو الإسكان بضرورة تلافي الملاحظات التي تم رصدها، مع التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية لضمان سرعة الإنجاز وتحسين الأداء بما يحقق استدامة المشروعات وجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

Minister of Housing Directs Focus on Delta and Upper Egypt Development

In line with the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to prioritize the development of the Delta and Upper Egypt, a delegation from the Housing and Utilities Sector conducted a field visit to Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The visit was led by Eng. Mostafa El-Naggar, Head of the Housing Sector, under the supervision of Eng. Nafisa Mahmoud Hashem, Advisor to the Minister and Head of the Sector.

Technical Support and Monitoring of National Projects

The Ministry emphasized that the visit is part of its ongoing efforts to provide technical support to housing directorates across governorates and to monitor their supervision of national projects, whether included in the governorates’ investment plans or affiliated with other state entities.

Reviewing Local Housing Plans

The visit began with a meeting with the Director of the Kafr El-Sheikh Housing Directorate, during which the team reviewed technical matters, followed up on investment plan projects, and discussed the projects under the directorate’s supervision.

Field Tours of Ongoing Projects

The delegation toured several projects in the governorate, including:

• The development and upgrading of the Governmental Complex Building at the General Diwan.

• Renovation and façade upgrades of the Governorate’s General Diwan building.

• Development of the Central Auditing Organization’s building in Kafr El-Sheikh.

Follow-Up on Social Housing Projects

The visit concluded with an inspection of the “11 Towers – Tahya Misr” project in Kafr El-Sheikh. The delegation assessed the progress of maintenance and cleaning works for the residential buildings and instructed the housing directorate and the implementing company to address observed issues. They also emphasized coordination with relevant authorities to accelerate progress, enhance performance, and ensure the sustainability of projects while improving service quality for citizens.
