نظّمت شركة مصر إيطاليا العقارية جولة ميدانية لعدد من ممثلي وسائل الإعلام إلى موقع مشروعها الساحلي المتكامل “سولاري – Solare” في منطقة رأس الحكمة، بهدف تسليط الضوء على حجم الإنجاز المحقق على أرض الواقع، واستعراض رؤيتها لتطوير وجهة سياحية وسكنية مستدامة بمعايير عالمية.
شارك في الجولة كبار قيادات الشركة، وعلى رأسهم خالد العسال، المؤسس ورئيس مجلس الإدارة غير التنفيذي، والمهندسان محمد خالد العسال وكريم العسال، الرؤساء التنفيذيون، إلى جانب شركاء التنفيذ من ريدكون للتعمير وإي سي بي للاستشارات الهندسية.
كما شهدت الجولة مشاركة المهندس طارق الجمال، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة ريدكون للتعمير، والدكتور محمد عبد الغني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة إي سي بي للاستشارات الهندسية، في تأكيد واضح على متانة الشراكات الاستراتيجية التي تدعم نجاح المشروع وتسرّع وتيرة إنجازه.
نسب إنجاز متقدمة
خلال الجولة، كشفت الشركة عن تقدم الأعمال الإنشائية، حيث تم الانتهاء من 80% من الكبائن المطلة على البحر، إلى جانب العمل على 723 وحدة بين فيلات وكبائن، فيما تستعد الشركة لبدء تسليم أولى مراحل المشروع عام 2027.
استثمارات ضخمة وخطط توسعية
أكد المهندس محمد خالد العسال أن الشركة خصصت 1.5 مليار جنيه من إجمالي استثمارات 2025 البالغة 11 مليار جنيه لصالح المشروع، ضمن خطة توسعية تتضمن استثمارات بقيمة 30 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة المقبلة.
كما خصصت الشركة أكثر من 10 مليارات جنيه لإنشاء منطقة فندقية داخل المشروع تضم 1,000 وحدة، بما يعزز مكانة “سولاري” كوجهة سياحية واستثمارية متكاملة في الساحل الشمالي.
موقع استثنائي وشراكات راسخة
من جانبه، أشار المهندس طارق الجمال، رئيس شركة ريدكون للتعمير، إلى أن المشروع يتميز بموقع استثنائي يطل مباشرة على رأس الحكمة، بالقرب من مطاري رأس الحكمة والإسكندرية، مما يمنحه قيمة استثمارية فريدة، لافتًا إلى تنفيذ ريدكون لأكثر من 12 مشروعًا بالساحل الشمالي.
أما الدكتور محمد عبد الغني، رئيس مجلس إدارة “إي سي بي”، فأكد أن المشروع يمثل نقلة نوعية في تخطيط وتنفيذ المجتمعات الساحلية، مشيرًا إلى إنجاز 85% من المصاطب خلال 9 أشهر فقط.
إطلاق مرحلة “أوليڤ أوازيس”
أعلنت الشركة أيضًا عن إطلاق مرحلة جديدة باسم “أوليڤ أوازيس – Olive Oasis”، بعد النجاح الكبير لمرحلة “هيلتوب – Hilltop”، وتضم بحيرات سباحة على مساحة 60,000 متر مربع، وشاطئًا خاصًا يمتد لـ 3.4 كم، إلى جانب وحدات متنوعة من الفيلات والتاون هاوس، بما يعكس مفهوم الاستدامة والانسجام مع الطبيعة.
مشروع متكامل برؤية عالمية
يمتد مشروع “سولاري” على مساحة 386 فدانًا في الكيلو 199 بواجهة بحرية تصل إلى 3 كم، ويضم نحو 3,000 وحدة سكنية، 70% منها فيلات، مع خطط لإضافة 800 غرفة فندقية دعمًا لرؤية الدولة في رفع الطاقة الفندقية إلى 500 ألف غرفة بحلول 2030.
ويعمل في المشروع أكثر من 1,200 عامل مباشر وغير مباشر، مما يعكس أثره الاقتصادي الإيجابي.

Misr Italia Properties Showcases Progress at “Solare” in Ras El Hekma
Misr Italia Properties organized a media tour to its flagship coastal project “Solare” in Ras El Hekma, highlighting the remarkable construction progress and showcasing its vision to develop a sustainable, world-class coastal destination.
The tour was attended by the company’s top leadership, including Khaled El Assal, Founder and Non-Executive Chairman, and CEOs Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Karim El Assal, alongside execution partners Redcon Construction and ECB Engineering Consultants.
Significant Construction Progress
During the tour, the company revealed advanced completion rates, with 80% of the beachfront cabins already finalized, and work currently underway on 723 villas and cabins. The first delivery phase of the project is scheduled to begin in 2027.
Strong Investments and Expansion Plans
Eng. Mohamed Khaled El Assal stated that the company has allocated EGP 1.5 billion out of its EGP 11 billion investment plan for 2025 to the Solare project, as part of an ambitious expansion strategy to inject EGP 30 billion over the coming period.
Additionally, more than EGP 10 billion has been allocated to establish a hotel zone within the project, comprising 1,000 units, positioning Solare as an integrated tourism and investment hub on Egypt’s North Coast.
Strategic Location and Solid Partnerships
Eng. Tarek El Gammal, Chairman of Redcon Construction, emphasized the project’s prime location overlooking Ras El Hekma, in close proximity to Ras El Hekma and Alexandria airports, granting it substantial investment value. He also noted that Redcon has delivered more than 12 projects across the North Coast.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Chairman of ECB, described Solare as a transformational milestone in the planning and execution of coastal communities, highlighting that 85% of terraces were completed in just nine months.
Launch of “Olive Oasis” Phase
The company also announced the launch of the “Olive Oasis” phase, following the success of “Hilltop”. The new phase features 60,000 sqm of swimmable lagoons, a 3.4 km private beach, and a wide range of villas and townhouses, reinforcing the project’s commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature.
A World-Class Coastal Development
Spanning 386 acres at kilometer 199 with a 3 km beachfront, Solare will feature around 3,000 residential units, 70% of which are villas, along with plans to add 800 hotel rooms, supporting Egypt’s national target of reaching 500,000 hotel rooms by 2030.
The project currently employs more than 1,200 direct and indirect workers, underscoring its economic significance.
