وزارة الإسكان توضح حقيقة أرض نادي الزمالك بحدائق أكتوبر

أكدت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية أن جميع القرارات والإجراءات المتخذة بشأن قطعة الأرض المخصصة لنادي الزمالك بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر جاءت وفقًا للقانون واللوائح المنظمة. وأوضحت أن الوزارة استندت في قراراتها إلى مستندات رسمية وموافقات وإفادات من الجهات المعنية، بما يضمن سلامة الإجراءات وحماية المال العام.

التزام بالشفافية وحماية حقوق الدولة

وشددت الوزارة على أنها حريصة على الشفافية الكاملة وصون المال العام، مؤكدة أنه لن يتم اتخاذ أي خطوات جديدة فيما يخص إعادة التصرف في الأرض أو تغيير وضعها الحالي، إلا بعد أن تفصل النيابة العامة في البلاغ المقدم والمتعلق بتغيير الاستخدام.

تقدير الدور التاريخي لنادي الزمالك

وفي الوقت نفسه، أعربت وزارة الإسكان عن تقديرها الكامل للدور الرياضي والمجتمعي العريق الذي يقدمه نادي الزمالك عبر تاريخه الطويل، مؤكدة حرصها على دعم الأندية الرياضية الكبرى التي تخدم المجتمع وتسهم في رعاية الشباب وتنمية قدراتهم.

مقترح لتخصيص أرض جديدة

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنها على استعداد لدراسة تخصيص قطعة أرض جديدة للنادي، شريطة توافر الجدية في الطلب واستيفاء جميع الاشتراطات المقررة، وذلك بما يتماشى مع القواعد المعمول بها، ويحقق المصلحة العامة للمواطنين، مع الحفاظ في الوقت ذاته على حقوق الدولة.
وأكدت أن هذه الخطوة ستظل رهنًا بانتظار قرار النيابة العامة بشأن الوضع القانوني للأرض المخصصة سابقًا في مدينة حدائق أكتوبر.

light of recent discussions regarding the plot of land allocated to Zamalek Sporting Club in Hadayek October, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities clarifies the following:

• All procedures taken by the Ministry were carried out in full compliance with the law and the relevant regulations governing decisions and measures related to the withdrawal of the mentioned plot of land. This was based on official documents, approvals, and statements from the competent authorities.

• In the interest of transparency and safeguarding public funds, the Ministry affirms that no action will be taken to reallocate or alter the current status of the land until the Public Prosecution reaches a decision on the complaint submitted regarding the change of land use.

• The Ministry reiterates its appreciation for the historic social and sporting role of Zamalek Club. Should the club demonstrate genuine interest and meet the required conditions, the Ministry will consider allocating an alternative plot of land suitable for sports and service activities, in accordance with established regulations, in a manner that serves the public interest and preserves state rights. This will remain pending the Public Prosecution’s final decision regarding the status of the Zamalek Club land in Hadayek October.
