استقبل المهندس محمد البستاني، رئيس جمعية المطورين العقاريين، المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، والمهندس خالد بن أحمد العبيدلي، رئيس الهيئة العامة لتنظيم القطاع العقاري بدولة قطر، وذلك خلال افتتاح فعاليات معرض سيتي سكيب مصر 2025.
وقام الوزير، برفقة رئيس الجمعية، ونائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة المهندس أحمد أمين مسعود، والأمين العام للجمعية المهندس محمد غباشي، بجولة موسعة داخل أروقة المعرض، تفقدوا خلالها أجنحة الشركات العارضة واطلعوا على أحدث المشروعات العقارية، خاصة تلك التي تركز على مفاهيم المدن الذكية والمستدامة وتطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة في قطاع العقارات.
وأكد المهندس محمد البستاني أن شركات التطوير الأعضاء في الجمعية تمثل نحو 30% من إجمالي الشركات المشاركة في المعرض هذا العام بحجم استثمارات يتجاوز 100 مليار جنيه، وهو ما يعكس قوة وتمثيل الجمعية داخل السوق، إضافة إلى ثقة المستثمرين المحليين والعرب في جدوى الاستثمار العقاري بمصر.
“سيتي سكيب مصر 2025.. منصة للاستثمار والابتكار العقاري”
وأشار البستاني إلى أن سيتي سكيب مصر يُعد منصة استراتيجية لعرض أحدث المشروعات العقارية والتقنيات المبتكرة، ونافذة مهمة لربط السوق المصري بالمستثمرين الإقليميين والدوليين، مشيدًا بحضور كبار المسؤولين الذي يؤكد الدعم الحكومي للقطاع العقاري ودوره المحوري في تحقيق خطط التنمية.
ويُعد معرض سيتي سكيب مصر من أكبر وأهم المعارض العقارية في المنطقة، حيث يجمع سنويًا كبرى شركات التطوير العقاري المحلية والإقليمية، ويستقطب آلاف الزوار والمستثمرين. ويتيح المعرض فرصة فريدة للتعرف على أحدث المشروعات السكنية والتجارية والسياحية، فضلًا عن كونه منصة لعقد الصفقات وبحث فرص التعاون والشراكة، بما يساهم في تعزيز مكانة مصر كمركز إقليمي للاستثمار العقاري.
Extensive Tour by the Minister of Housing and the Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association at Cityscape Egypt 2025
Eng. Mohamed El-Bostany, Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association, welcomed Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities, along with Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidly, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Qatar, during the official opening of Cityscape Egypt 2025.
The Minister, accompanied by the Association’s Chairman, Vice Chairman Eng. Ahmed Amin Masoud, and Secretary-General Eng. Mohamed Ghabashy, carried out an extensive tour of the exhibition. They visited the booths of participating companies and reviewed the latest real estate projects, with a particular focus on smart and sustainable city concepts and modern technological applications within the real estate sector.
Eng. Mohamed El-Bostany emphasized that member companies of the Association represent nearly 30% of the exhibitors this year, with investments exceeding EGP 100 billion. This reflects both the strong presence of the Association in the market and the confidence of local and regional investors in the potential of Egypt’s real estate sector.
El-Bostany further noted that Cityscape Egypt serves as a strategic platform to showcase innovative projects and technologies, while also acting as a vital gateway connecting the Egyptian market with regional and international investors. He praised the attendance of senior officials, stressing that it demonstrates the government’s strong support for the real estate sector and its pivotal role in achieving national development plans.
Cityscape Egypt is regarded as one of the largest and most important real estate exhibitions in the region. Each year, it brings together leading local and regional developers and attracts thousands of visitors and investors.
