
مدينة المنصورة الجديدة تواصل البناء.. وزير الإسكان يتابع تنفيذ مشروعات الإسكان والمرافق والخدمات
وَشملت مشروعات المرافق بالمرحلة الثانية بمدينة المنصورة الجديدة، الانتهاء من تنفيذ شبكات صرف صحي وأمطار بإجمالي طول 1634 مترا، وكذا البدء في أعمال الفرمة لـ”الطرق”، وتصميم أعمال شبكات الكهرباء ( الجهد المتوسط و الجهد المنخفض وأعمال الإنارة)،
كما تم البدء بأعمال التصميم والتنفيذ لشبكة الاتصالات، وجارٍ التنسيق للبدء في إعداد التصميمات الخاصة بأعمال الغاز الطبيعي بالمرحلة الثانية تمهيدا للبدء في التنفيذ، بجانب أعمال تنفيذ خزان المياه للمرحلة الثانية بمحطة التحلية (سعة ١٠ ألاف م٣)،
وكذا أعمال تنفيذ تمديد خطوط السحب لمحطة تحلية مياه البحر، بينما تشمل مشروعات الخدمات بالمرحلة الثانية بمدينة المنصورة الجديدة الممشى السياحي بالكورنيش، ومبنى الكنيسة، ومركز الشرطة ومبنى الإطفاء وملحقاته، بجانب الخدمات الجاري إسناد تنفيذها ومنها مبنى نقطة الإسعاف ومدرسة تعليم أساسي وحضانة.
Minister of Housing Follows Up on Phase Two Projects in New Mansoura City
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, followed up on the implementation status of phase two projects in New Mansoura City. The projects include 44 buildings within the Sakan Misr housing program, 224 buildings within the JANNA housing project, in addition to infrastructure and service projects under implementation.
The Minister stressed the importance of accelerating and intensifying work on phase two projects in New Mansoura City, with continuous on-site monitoring and the removal of any obstacles. He highlighted that New Mansoura is one of the fourth-generation cities in the Delta region, offering residential units that cater to various income groups, open beaches for Egyptian families, public celebration and recreation spaces under the “Ahl Masr Corniche” project, as well as central parks.
Meanwhile, Engineer El-Sayed Ahmed Hemam, Head of the New Mansoura City Authority, along with the authority’s officials, inspected the implementation of infrastructure works in phase two, as well as the construction of JANNA buildings in zones five and six. He emphasized the need for timely completion of all works within the scheduled timeframe.
Engineer Hemam pointed out that the ongoing projects aim to strengthen the infrastructure system and enhance the quality of vital services provided to citizens in New Mansoura City.
Infrastructure projects within phase two of New Mansoura City included the completion of sewage and stormwater drainage networks with a total length of 1,634 meters, the commencement of grading works for roads, and the design of medium- and low-voltage electricity networks along with lighting works. Additionally, design and execution works have begun for the telecommunications network, while coordination is underway to prepare designs for natural gas networks in preparation for implementation. Works also include the construction of a 10,000 m³ water tank for the desalination plant in phase two, as well as the extension of intake pipelines for the seawater desalination plant.
As for service projects in phase two, they include the construction of the touristic promenade along the Corniche, a church building, a police station, a fire station with its facilities, in addition to services under assignment such as an ambulance point, a basic education school, and a nursery.
