مدينة بدر تواصل النمو.. جولات ميدانية لمتابعة الإسكان المميز ومشروعات “سكن كل المصريين”
واستهل مسئولوا هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة الجولة التفقدية لمدينة بدر بفقد عدد من مشروعات المرافق الجارية بالمدينة كمشروع سكن كل المصريين محور متوسطي الدخل النموذج الأكثر تميزاً بإجمالي عدد 44 عمارة ومشروع ال 92 عمارة للإسكان المميز
كما قام وفد هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية لقطاع المرافق بتفقد المحاور والميادين الرئيسية بالمدينة ومنطقة الأخوار والاطمئنان على نسب التنفيذ ومعدلات الأداء بما يضمن سرعة الانتهاء من المشروعات وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المحددة وبأعلى معايير الجودة.

وأكد المهندس أحمد عمران نائب رئيس هيئة المجتمعات لقطاع المرافق أن مشروعات المرافق بمدينة بدر تحظى بمتابعة دقيقة لما لها من أهمية في تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين ، مشددًا على ضرورة الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية وتلافي أي معوقات قد تواجه التنفيذ.
كما أوضح المهندس أحمد علي أن الهيئة تولي اهتمامًا خاصًا بتطوير شبكات المرافق بمدينة بدر نظرًا لكونها إحدى المدن الواعدة التي تشهد توسعات عمرانية كبيرة مما يستدعي الإسراع في استكمال جميع المرافق الأساسية لتلبية احتياجات السكان الحالية والمستقبلية.
من جانبه أشار المهندس السيد إبراهيم أمين إلى أن جهاز مدينة بدر يعمل بالتنسيق الكامل مع الهيئة وكافة الإدارات المختصة لمتابعة أعمال المرافق والطرق والتنمية بما يحقق رؤية الدولة في إنشاء مدن عصرية متكاملة.
ونوه رئيس جهاز مدينة بدر تأتي هذه الجولة في إطار حرص الهيئة على تسريع وتيرة العمل بالمشروعات القومية بمدينة بدر وتذليل أي عقبات أمام الشركات المنفذة بما يضمن الارتقاء بالمدينة وتوفير حياة كريمة وآمنة لمواطنيها
ield Visit by Senior NUCA Officials to Monitor Utilities Projects in Badr City
Eng. Ahmed Omran, Vice Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Utilities, and Eng. Ahmed Ali, Assistant Vice Chairman for Utilities, conducted a field tour in Badr City, accompanied by Eng. El-Sayed Ibrahim Amin, Head of Badr City Development Authority; Eng. Hassan El-Khayyat, Deputy Head for Roads and Development; Eng. Abdel Nasser Mohamed, Deputy Head for Implementation; Eng. Assem Ezzat, Deputy Head for Utilities; Eng. Nosair Abdel-Moaz, Deputy Head of the Authority; Eng. Hossam Gamal, Assistant Head for Utilities; Eng. Ahmed Hassan, Assistant Head of the Authority; Samah El-Shafie, Director General of the Development Department; and Eng. Tamer Eissa, Director of the Agriculture Department.
The NUCA officials began their inspection tour by visiting a number of ongoing utilities projects in Badr City, including the “Housing for All Egyptians – Middle-Income Axis” project, which includes 44 residential buildings, as well as the 92-building distinguished housing project.
The delegation also inspected the city’s main roads, intersections, and public squares, in addition to the “Al-Akhwar” area, to review progress rates and performance levels, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Eng. Ahmed Omran, Vice Chairman of NUCA for Utilities, emphasized that utilities projects in Badr City are receiving close follow-up due to their importance in improving the level of services provided to citizens. He stressed the need to adhere to technical specifications and address any obstacles that might hinder implementation.
Meanwhile, Eng. Ahmed Ali noted that the Authority attaches special importance to developing Badr City’s utilities networks, as the city is considered one of the promising urban centers witnessing major expansion. He highlighted the urgency of completing all essential infrastructure to meet both current and future residents’ needs.
For his part, Eng. El-Sayed Ibrahim Amin, Head of Badr City Development Authority, affirmed that the Authority is working in full coordination with NUCA and all relevant departments to follow up on utilities, roads, and development works. He added that this visit comes within the framework of NUCA’s keenness to accelerate the pace of national projects in Badr City and to remove any obstacles facing contractors, ensuring the city’s development and the provision of a safe and decent life for its residents.
