The General Authority for Healthcare has announced the trial operation of the new circulation building and the integrated Obstetrics & Gynecology Unit at Luxor International Hospital, following the completion of renovation, modernization, and full equipment in accordance with the latest international medical and hospitality standards, with a total investment cost exceeding EGP 280 million.
📍 EGP 250 million was allocated for the construction and equipping of the new circulation building, which is fully dedicated to inpatient accommodation. It includes hotel-standard patient rooms furnished with the latest medical equipment, advanced centralized ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as smart services for monitoring patients’ needs.
📍 The new Obstetrics & Gynecology Unit was developed with a total cost of EGP 30 million. The unit comprises two natural birth suites, a major operating theater equipped with the latest surgical tools and endoscopy systems, in addition to fully integrated pre- and post-natal care rooms. It also includes specialized sections for neonatal follow-up and care using the most advanced ultrasound and monitoring technologies.
📍 The operation of the new circulation building and the Obstetrics & Gynecology Unit represents a quantum leap in the healthcare services provided by the Luxor International Medical Complex, the largest integrated medical facility in Upper Egypt.
