انطلقت اليوم الجمعة 22 أغسطس فعاليات معرض Bold Routes Expo العقاري بمركز مصر للمعارض الدولية، وتستمر حتى 25 أغسطس الجاري، بمشاركة أكثر من 25 مطورًا عقاريًا من كبرى الشركات العاملة في السوق المصري.
ويترقب المعرض استقبال أكثر من 10 آلاف زائر وتحقيق مبيعات تتجاوز 5 مليارات جنيه، ما يجعله أحد أبرز الأحداث العقارية في مصر.
منصة متكاملة تجمع المطورين
يعد المعرض منصة رائدة تتيح للمواطنين والمستثمرين فرصة التعرف على أحدث المشروعات السكنية، التجارية، والإدارية، إلى جانب الاستفادة من عروض حصرية وخطط سداد مرنة تناسب مختلف الشرائح. كما يسلط الضوء على أحدث توجهات السوق العقاري المصري، خاصة في القاهرة الجديدة، العاصمة الإدارية، والساحل الشمالي.

أكد المهندس عبد الرحمن بدر، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة بولد روتس، أن السوق العقاري المصري يواصل تحقيق معدلات نمو قوية رغم التحديات الاقتصادية الإقليمية، مشيرًا إلى أن الطلب المتزايد على المشروعات يعكس ثقة العملاء والمستثمرين في قدرة القطاع على توفير حلول متكاملة ومستدامة.

من جانبه، قال المهندس عمرو عثمان، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة بولد روتس، إن السوق العقاري المصري يشهد حالة من النشاط والنمو المتسارع، مدفوعًا بالطلب الحقيقي على السكن والاستثمار، فضلًا عن المشروعات القومية الكبرى التي تعيد رسم خريطة العمران في مصر.
وأوضح عثمان أن انعقاد المعرض بمشاركة كبرى الشركات يعكس قوة وجاذبية السوق المصري باعتباره أحد أكثر الأسواق الواعدة في المنطقة، مؤكدًا أن «بولد روتس» تسعى عبر مشاركتها إلى تعزيز التواصل مع العملاء وتقديم حلول عقارية مبتكرة تلبي احتياجات السوق بمعايير عالية من الجودة والتصميم العصري.
