Synergy Capital, through its asset management arm Misr for Financial Investments Company (MFIC), in partnership with Nawy Now, announced the early closure and full subscription coverage of Misr for Financial Investments Fund – First Issuance, with a total issuance size of EGP 443 million, completed within only ten days of opening the subscription window.
Nawy Now, a subsidiary of Nawy and licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), is an innovative mortgage financing platform that provides fast and flexible financing solutions for ready-to-move properties—bridging Egypt’s real estate sector with capital markets through innovation and sustainability.
A Milestone in Egypt’s Capital Market Development
The first asset-backed securitization fund in Egypt and the Middle East dedicated to acquiring debt instruments backed by Ijara-based mortgage portfolios.
The first direct offering to qualified individual investors alongside institutional investors, with individuals accounting for 22% of the total subscriptions.
A unique structure designed in line with FRA Decision No. 98/2020, enhancing liquidity, transparency, and investor access to high-yield fixed-income instruments.
